We're hiring: Video Editors (short-form, LinkedIn) Be No Stranger helps founders, CEOs and senior leaders build authority on LinkedIn. More and more of that work is native video: founders sharing real opinions, stories and lessons in short clips. We're looking for video editors who can turn raw founder footage into videos people stop scrolling for. What you'll do Edit short-form vertical videos (30–90 seconds) for founders' LinkedIn Cut talking-head footage into clear, well-paced stories with strong opening hooks Add clean captions, simple motion graphics, b-roll and brand elements Create multiple clips from longer founder interviews Work closely with our strategists, and learn from performance data what actually holds attention What we're looking for A portfolio of short-form edits (talking-head, podcast clips, or educational content) Strong sense of pacing: you know when to cut, zoom or add a caption to keep attention Skilled in [Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut / After Effects] Clean, professional style. Our clients are executives, not influencers Reliable with deadlines and open to feedback Nice to have Experience with B2B, founder or LinkedIn content Basic motion design or thumbnail design skills
