Many companies offer paid volunteering days to their employees, but they are rarely used, and when they are, it is often for hands-on projects. We believe there is an immense potential to unlock by matching charities who need support with the skills of employees who want to support them. On the corporate side, we are providing a wide catalogue of impactful projects of all kinds, where all employees can find projects that match their skill set and interests. This increases employee retention, attractivity and engagement.
