• BSc in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 7+ years experience designing and building robust, scalable, distributed data systems and pipelines, using open source and public cloud technologies.

• Building and maintaining a pipeline of business through email, phone and LinkedIn prospecting
• Uncovering a company’s needs and catering Bazaarvoice’s value according to those specific needs

• Run a territory franchise, including territory management, account planning and generating pipeline on a continuous basis.
• Sell high-ROI software solutions to C level stakeholders, navigating complex sales cycles, building consensus across multiple business units and successfully driving sales processes to close

• Building and maintaining a pipeline of business through email, phone and LinkedIn prospecting
• Uncovering and understanding a company’s needs through in-depth discovery and positioning Bazaarvoice’s value according to those specific needs

• Proactively engage with Sales and Client Success while being an advocate for our Clients and Global Services delivery teams.
• Work directly with Account Directors and Account Executives to ensure that the correct Services and Support packages are presented to meet our Clients’ needs.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Designers, and other Software Engineers to deliver new functionality and iterative improvements to member-facing products and internal tools.
• Execute upon technical roadmap across collaborative and individual cloud engineering infrastructure-as-code development tasks.

• Apply (and extend) state-of-the-art natural language processing, machine learning, and statistical techniques to develop predictive models and optimization algorithms.
• Use sophisticated analytical methods to automate existing processes and enable new capabilities.

• Pipeline generation to grow the revenue within existing accounts and generate opportunities with new accounts.
• Ability to manage and grow a territory with accurate and realistic forecasting.

• 15+ years experience with highly scalable distributed systems using open source toolsIn-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy, support).
• An ability to demonstrate software engineering fundamentals such as OO design, unit testing, code reuse, and code reviews.

• Communicating with external accounting partners (resolving/raising queries, dealing with information exchange portal)
• Assisting in the preparation of international VAT/GST and CIT returns
