• Own the Barsys creator program end-to-end: identify, recruit, contract, brief, and manage influencer and affiliate relationships across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Build and manage the Barsys affiliate network — including tracking infrastructure (e.g., Impact, ShareASale, or similar), commission structures, and partner performance dashboards.

• Conceive, shoot, and edit original content across video, photo, and motion — from polished product/brand pieces to fast, native, platform-first content that performs
• Own and grow our presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms, with a point of view on where culture is heading next

• Build, grow, and manage Barsys' influencer network — sourcing, vetting, and onboarding new partners
• Own affiliate relationships end-to-end, from recruitment through ongoing performance management
