Barometa is a recruitment solution for the hospitality industry, the 3rd largest employer in the UK. It’s a curated online platform where employers can instantly access matched, pre-screened talent. Candidate profiles include a short video to provide insight on personality and soft skills – intangible traits that cannot accurately be conveyed in a CV or a LinkedIn profile.

This is a subscription based model and our target customers are luxury and midscale hotel employers. Barometa will focus on the London market initially before scaling internationally to capitalise on other high-growth destinations.
