The team is building cutting-edge technology features that encourage meaningful connections between members, their peers, and bande's renowned instructors to celebrate a feeling of togetherness in a virtual world. bande’s virtual fitness community currently offers 100+ live boutique fitness classes each week, with more to come. Our modalities are intentionally interactive so members are motivated to achieve their best workout and include: HIIT, Barre, Cardio Sculpt, Pilates, Kickboxing, Yoga, and Cardio Dance. We’re not just another digital fitness platform with hundreds of people in a class you don’t know, or an overwhelming library of video workout choices of varying quality. Classes at bande give you the opportunity to build meaningful connections with instructors and other members, both in and out of class, and instructors provide regular feedback and encouragement to properly train and motivate you.
