Bamboo Auctions is an online marketplace, where buyers and sellers can purchase real estate, with legal exchange occurring immediately at end of a specified timed auction period.

By providing white label technology to auctioneers across England and Wales, our auction partners can list and sell real estate on their own websites, with their own branding.

All properties listed by our auction partners are also listed on our website as well, in order to create one central online marketplace.

Approximately 25,000 properties are currently sold by live room auction each year, but this is regarded by traditional auctioneers as under utilised. The estimated number of properties that could be sold by auction each year is around 120,000 properties. Our aim is to increase the market share enjoyed by entire auction sector, by encouraging the "missing" 95,000 vendors each year to sell their properties by online auction.
