We are a newly formed Brazilian Fintech whose mission is to revolutionize the market of legal claims, litigation finance, and non-performing loans. We are the 1st online platform in Brazil to negotiate judicial assets through a proprietary online auction process. Balko’s connects buyers and sellers through a transparent system, fostering liquidity in the market. We use Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics to bring efficiency and reinvent a market valued at more than US$300 billion.

Our team is comprised of driven people, who have strong backgrounds and solid track-records. Co-founded by 3 Wharton MBAs together with a marketing specialist at Coca-Cola and an investment banker at Moelis and Merrill Lynch. Our CTO has more than 7 years of experience in product development ( including leading the fintech team at Vanguard)
