BactoBots™ are microscopic, synthetic biology-based bacterial robots programmed to sense, build, produce, and perform functions.

The Pilus Energy subsidiary is licensing RemediBots™ and GalvaniBots™ to the wastewater-to-value industry. These BactoBots clean wastewater, generate electricity, and produce economically important gases and chemicals.

The Auricle Solutions subsidiary is developing an injectable AuriBot™ to non-invasively destroy skull-based tumors for medical device licensees.

Bacterial Robotics generates additional revenues through the sale of its genetics rights management (GeRM) key system. When the GeRM keys are present, the BactoBots are activated. When the keys are absent, the BactoBots DNA/RNA are corrupted, destroying the BactoBots.
