Serve as primary platform owner for Braze — system health, configuration, and resolving platform issues (integration failures, data pipeline breaks, sync errors) as needed
Monitor and continuously optimize platform performance: deliverability, bounce/unsubscribe trends, event tracking accuracy, data sync
Use AI-assisted and agentic development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) as a daily, core part of how you deliver — not an occasional aid.
Orchestrate one or more AI agents across parallel work-streams, and know when to trust, verify, or override what they produce.
