The product offers new possibilities for access to learning for learners with disability.The product shows the potentials of ICT in delivering educational services and the creation of an inclusive society. The product uses ICT to assist those who have previously detached themselves from society due to their war-induced disability. The product provides a unique learning and sharing experience, and builds trust and life-skills enabling the beneficiaries to reach out to others across the world and become global citizens. The project plays a key role in using ICT for education and for social advantage and benefits and fosters cultural exchange and educational tools for a large number of these disabled persons and creating social relations amongst the local people and an inclusive society.
