We’re firm believers in methodical and systematic approaches. That’s how we were trained and that forms the core foundation of what we’re building here at AxeHedge. Our mission is to guide and educate users through the same methodical and systematic approaches applied at investment firms. We want to take it a step further by democratising it for everyone. In addition to the features we’re introducing in our first launch, we want to make sure we give you the best experience throughout the app. We’ve spent a lot of time refining our app design, layout and curated knowledge-based articles, tutorials and created a dictionary of simplified finance jargons just for you. More importantly, most people trade emotionally and instantaneously. One tool that we provide that others don’t is that our app allows you to set your rules and criteria from the ‘beginning’. The ‘beginning’ is the point in time where you were least emotionally reactive to a stock’s news or change in price and were thinking rationally. It acts as a control for you from possibly making an impulsive decision. Rather than give you long articles of investment related content, we’ll be giving you digestible bite sized content, in the form of short write-ups, infographics, short clips and podcasts. We’re always on the move and who has time nowadays! We’ll give you analytics, real-time data, news and research reports from analysts for sure. But our focus is on making it bite sized and digestible, hence we’ve carefully designed the layout to make sure it’s interactive, clean, intuitive and easily understood. We’ve done a lot of validation and research to make sure that the whole app suits the needs of the average millennial Joe and Jane.
