Undergraduate or graduate student enrolled full-time for the 2027-2028 academic year at a college or university earning an ABET accredited bachelor's degree or post graduate degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or other National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) recognized engineering discipline.
