Avail careers

In a nutshell, Avail is an app for broadcasting availability for social interaction. User's can create an "avail" which is a essentially a broadcast. The creator of the avail can set a suggested activity and location, an audience, a maximum broadcast distance, and an expiration time. The audience can be made up individuals, groups set by the creator, or entire networks in which the creator is a member.

Imagine, for example, a new freshman at a university. They want to play Dungeons and Dragons but haven't met anyone yet in their dorm that plays. They could create an avail suggesting to play D&D and then broadcast it to the university's network. Then any other students who've marked interest in the game could get a notification and reach out.

Or say you're sitting at home wanting to go out but your 3 best friends are busy. You have a couple dozen acquaintances you could text but there's some option fatigue. Just broadcast an avail to all of them and find the one or two that are free!
