At Autocode, we love self-motivated individuals driven to build the highest quality products around APIs. We're working towards a future where APIs are a foundational building block of software development and developers no longer have to search Google for documentation -- full API specifications are available directly from your code editor of choice. Every team member has a high degree of autonomy and wears a number of hats, though we each specialize in a certain part of the stack. Our customers are developers, like we are, at varying stages in their career, looking to easily automate business-critical tasks with code. Empathy with developer pain points and API integration is a core part of what we think about on a day-to-day basis. We're a fully-remote team with team members primarily located in San Francisco, CA and Toronto, ON. We try to avoid meetings, with a single stand-up per day where we communicate our objectives and problems. The most important things we look for in candidates is enthusiasm, curiosity and a willingness to ask for or offer help. We win as a team.
