Atomix careers
While Atomix started small, out of 100 square foot, windowless office space, our ambitious vision to fundamentally change the logistics industry with the Micro-Pod Platform has guided our company’s rapid growth.
As a small team, we operate with the singular mission of making eCommerce Business Owners’ lives easier. We pride ourselves on our high standards of operations by owning the customer experience that powers Small and Medium-sized Ecommerce Businesses.
Before Atomix was born, eCommerce Brands had the decision between shipping orders themselves (“in-house”) or utilizing a 3PL/Warehouse/Fulfillment Center (“outsource”). The process to find and partner with a consistently reliable and scalable partner was broken.
Unlike any other 3PL or Warehouse, Atomix provides the Micro-Pod Platform - part operations, part software, fully personalized.
Micro-Pods, are essentially “mini-warehouse hubs,” and provide two primary advantages:
1. Optimization: The most inefficient part of Warehouse Operations is - long walking times. We significantly reduce wasted picking time by increasing efficiency which results in lower costs for our customers.
2. Aligned Interests: Trusting a 3rd-Party has been difficult due to quality and accuracy control. We’ve changed the relationship by hyper-personalizing our operations to eCommerce Brands by analyzing data. Additionally, we provide direct visibility to Pod Managers who are dedicated to a group or single brands located within their Personalized Micro-Pod.
We've partnered with innovative brands such as Freja NYC, Lumilly, Human Tonik, and Candyl among other small businesses, local entrepreneurs, independent creators, and high-growth DTC brands. We are proudly based by the Great Lakes in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and are planning to open our second facility in Q2'23 in Los Angeles, California to continue to provide the best possible experience for our global and fast-growing customers.
