Hence companies do not have to (1) spend time recruiting talent when topline is the first worry and (2) do not have to recruit expensive teams when cashflow is still volatile. We partner with these companies over the first months/years of the product/service and wave them off by assisting them in recruiting the best talent to take over from us when the time is right and budgets are available. We co-develop the go-to-market strategy, put the right tools and systems in place and execute accordingly on a weekly or bi-weekly sprint basis.
