People at AtendaCare
I've spent a lot of my career building products, brands, and businesses, but AtendaCare feels different. I'm not here because it's a cool AI project or because I think healthcare is a big market. I'm here because I've seen firsthand what family caregivers go through, and how invisible so much of that journey is to the healthcare system. My father spent years caring for my stepmother through vascular dementia. He was the one living it every day — noticing changes, managing crises, carrying the stress, and holding information that could've helped her care team, but had nowhere to go. The more I learned about caregiving, the more I realized his story wasn't unique. It's happening in millions of homes every single day. That's why I'm passionate about Atenda. We have a chance to build something that genuinely helps people during one of the hardest chapters of their lives. If we get this right, caregivers will feel more supported, clinicians will have a clearer picture of what's happening at home, and families won't have to carry quite so much of the burden alone. I've built products before. I've built companies before. But this is one of the first times I've felt like we have a chance to build something that truly matters. That's the kind of mission I wanna be part of.
