We're hiring our first two Founding Full Stack Developers to build alongside our CTO from the ground up. atEaseAI is an early-stage B2B SaaS company building a unified AI platform that automates post-sales and customer success workflows — think onboarding, renewals, health scoring, and proactive outreach, all powered by AI. We have GTM underway, and an initial SaaS customer confirmed for pilot. These are not typical engineering roles. You'll be making real architectural decisions, owning features end-to-end, and directly shaping the product and company culture from day one. We're looking for full-stack engineers who are strong in Python, FastAPI, and ReactJS, comfortable with MongoDB and SQL, and genuinely excited about building AI-powered products in a fast-moving environment. Prior startup experience is a plus, but what matters most is ownership mentality and the drive to build something meaningful. Compensation starts equity-based (0.5%–1% founding equity), transitioning to salary + equity once funding or revenue milestones are achieved. This is a founding team opportunity — the kind that rarely comes around twice.
