Ashandelle is a small-but-fast-growing, fully remote creative agency headquartered in Austin, TX. We embed with early stage startup marketing teams as their fractional creative services. Our primary focus is branding and web but we’re full-service so we do everything from analytics to environmental design to animation and video. Our business is, quite literally, being creative. We're fully remote and prioritize the health and well-being of our team members. We believe it's easier to find another client than to replace one of our people. Real work-life balance: full-time team members target 32 billable hours a week. They show up to meetings but otherwise do they work when and where it suits them as long as it gets done right and on-time. Team members are involved in all aspects of project planning including scope and timelines. We keep things real with our culture fit too: just no egos. We roll up our sleeves and work together and no work is beneath any member of the team. We don't celebrate being loud or outgoing or having "face time". You're welcome to any or all of those things but what we celebrate is each other and the work we do together.
