What type of people do we tend to hire? - People who aggressively progress in their tasks and have a healthy disregard for rules. How do meetings and stand-ups work? - People are strongly encouraged to voice their opinion and defend it verbally, rather than blindly agreeing with the upper management. What type of rituals do you have? - Sometimes we wash our hands after we use the toilet. :D What do people do in their free time? - We play video games... A lot of them! Actually, we play so many video games that when a company assignment is overdue, we tell the CEO that it is because of us playing games, and then all is forgiven. :D
