Our Product We have built a standout and disruptive product that's shaping the HR market and candidate experience - psychometric tests that gather up to 12,000 data points on each candidate's natural areas of strengths and potential, which are reflective of workplace behaviours. Our objective and transparent algorithms ensure that minority groups are not disadvantaged at the assessment stage, contributing to a more diverse workforce. To this day, we have assessed over 500,000 applicants since our inception and are helping companies in over 40 countries to differentiate their hiring process, raise brand awareness, engage prospective talent and make more objective selection decisions. We’re looking for people to help us continue to build globally scalable systems that not only handle all our internet traffic but also serve as the backbone of our machine learning analytics environments, using Scala, Python and Django.
