Approved was founded by industry experts from Redfin, Apple, Electronic Arts and AMD to change the way that lenders work with their clients. We build software for loan officers, processors, and real estate professionals to bring transparency and efficiency to the homebuying process, and we fight the good fight everyday to bring some sanity to an industry that hasn’t changed much in the past 40 years. Buying a home is often the most important personal and financial milestone in a person’s life, and we feel strongly that the state of the art isn’t good enough. We’re funded by leading VC firms in LA, NY and SF, and our bringing our vision to life in beautiful downtown San Diego, where the quality of life shines bright.
