We are looking for our first full-time engineers. Our technical foundation was built by our CTO, who currently works in a part-time capacity. As our first hires, you'll work directly with the CTO, Louis, on architecture decisions while having day-to-day ownership of the codebase. This isn't a role where you execute someone else's vision—it's a role where you shape the technical culture of the company. The decisions you make in the first year will define how we build for the next decade. We're also an AI-first development shop. You'll work extensively with Claude Code for development operations, building production AI systems that integrate with Claude via AWS Bedrock.
