Identify, assess, and recruit exceptional founders and startups for Antler’s cohorts.
Use tools like LinkedIn and job boards to source candidates and maintain a talent pipeline.
Review pitch decks, conduct initial due diligence, and assess startup fit for investment.

• Support Antler team and our portfolio companies with operational tasks including

Company-Building (e.g. ideation, business modeling, and strategy with our founders)

Marketing & PR (e.g. manage and grow Antler's presence in the startup ecosystem)

Recruiting (e.g. support the management of our recruiting platforms)

• Build and lead an exceptional team: Antler GPs are responsible for building and running their own location and team, including program managers, recruiters, support staff, and others
• Raise the second Antler Africa Fund and support global fundraising efforts: Work with a global and local fundraising team of experienced partners to raise the second Africa fund, with capacity to back 75 portfolio companies over 4-5 years

• Build and lead an exceptional team: Antler GPs are responsible for building and running their own location and team, including program managers, recruiters, support staff, and others

• 12-Week full-time Immersive Journey: Kicking off March, 2025, in Stockholm.

Doowii is a predictive, generative-AI data platform that delivers meaningful insights to educators by re-imagining analytics for K-12 education. Doowii is an Antler VC funded startup disrupting EdTech data analytics.

• Support the deal team evaluate companies and put forward investment recommendations:

Lead market research (e.g., market sizing, competitor benchmarking)
Write investment memos (e.g., unit economics analysis, distill key insights)
Create financial models (e.g., historical / projected financials, returns analysis)

• Support co-founding teams in developing disruptive products
• Ensure founders joining Antler are top quality through evaluation of applicants to the program
