• Maintain, tune, and manage the analytical and AI computing environment for researchers and data scientists, including Posit Workbench (RStudio Server Pro) environments.
• Optimize systems and infrastructure performance using parallelization technologies (MPI, OpenMP) and distributed/multi-GPU training strategies (e.g., PyTorch Distributed, Horovod, DeepSpeed).

• Partner with AI Operations and consultants to understand new AI tools, features, and workflows and translate them into practical content for consultants.
• Observe how consultants use AI and identify opportunities to create new resources that improve adoption and effectiveness.

• Own the technical administration of the firm’s enterprise AI tool stack, including platform configuration, capabilities, and vendor coordination.
• Lifecycle management of enterprise AI tools and platforms from evaluation, through implementation, and support.

• Strategically oversee the firmwide AI learning strategy and roadmap, in partnership with AI Operations and other key stakeholders, to support adoption of AI in priority workflows such as coding, auditing, document processing, document generation, and other emerging AI-enabled work.

• Resolve escalated network, desktop, phone hardware and software issues.
• Support and maintain user account information including access permissions, and security groups.

• Security Engineering and Architecture

Design, deploy, and optimize security controls aligned to Zero Trust principles, including identity-centric access, device posture validation, and least privilege access.
Implement and support ZTNA/SSE platforms (e.g., Netskope/Zscaler or similar) for secure remote access and data protection.
Engineer and maintain defense-in-depth controls across endpoints, network, identity, and cloud environments.Partner with IT and architecture teams to ensure secure-by-design implementations across infrastructure and applications.

• Perform independent and directed data analyses, using spreadsheets, algorithms, and statistical and/or general purpose programming (e.g., VBA, SAS, R, Python, Dax and other programs).
• Understand and interpret statistical and general purpose programming code.

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of Azure and Microsoft 365 services.

Automating patching and update processes for Windows and Linux servers.
