• Answer inbound telephone calls, emails, and texts, helping resolve customer service and support issues

• Conceptual Design & Engineering: Develop innovative engineering design concepts, structural layouts, and component integrations for ANA's hybrid energy systems, battery storage, and generators.
• Enclosure & Trailer Design:Design and optimize protective enclosures, sheet metal structures, and trailer configurations, ensuring proper mechanical spacing and structural integrity.

• Lead end-to-end inventory control and improvement projects
• Define scope, milestones, KPIs, and governance structure

• Own the end-to-end compliance lifecycle for all ESS products, driving certification projects from physical prototype validation through to final listing.
• Serve as the primary on-site technical escort and point of contact for Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratories (NRTLs) such as UL, Intertek, or CSA during open compliance projects and follow-up services.

• Strategic Project Leadership: Plan, lead, and execute strategic operations projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals and business objectives. Manage cross-functional initiatives spanning manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, quality, MRP/ERP systems, service, safety, facilities, and enterprise production systems. Drive company-wide initiatives focused on digitalization, automation, and operational efficiency. Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive framework for the enterprise process landscape to promote standardization, scalability, and continuous improvement.
