We’ve set out to change the way the private equity industry works. Amstadd consists of a small group of investors, management consultants and M&A experts. Together we have over 30 years experience investing in, acquiring and growing companies. We are disrupting the private equity industry and we challenge existing practices in this traditional industry. Specifically we leverage third party and proprietary technology (watch this space for more!) and often act more like a FinTech startup than a financial services firm. We apply various startup methodologies like lean and fail fast to turn this industry on its head. Amstadd invests in and nurtures small to medium sized businesses in the UK and is dedicated to supporting Britain’s economy.
