AOT is a nonprofit preparing the next gen of tech leaders from underestimated communities
As an early pipeline tech talent accelerator, AOT creates equitable access to technology careers for 16-24-year-olds from historically excluded backgrounds who lack access to critical resources and opportunities.

Since 2014, AOT has provided free, high-quality technology education and workforce readiness programs in New York City, Los Angeles, Miami, and Atlanta. Students gain in-demand skills in Web Development, Artificial Intelligence, UX Design, Product Management, Digital Marketing, Data Science, and Cybersecurity—paving pathways to higher education and careers in tech.

To date, AOT has served over 5,300 students, facilitated more than 1,000 paid internships generating $4.1 million in wages, and distributed $2.4 million in stipends to remove financial barriers to participation. AOT alumni are twice as likely to attend college and five times more likely to pursue technology-related degrees compared to the national average. AOT partners with leading corporations, foundations, and community organizations to drive systemic change in tech education and workforce development. Recognized for its impact, AOT has been featured in Forbes, CNN, TechCrunch, The Huffington Post, BET, and other national media.
