For me, the driver behind joining Ambience was the team. I've known Mike for several years and had gotten an opportunity to meet several team members. A few years back, I told my colleague that if I ever left my company (which I loved) it would be to work for Mike. Sure enough, I had the opportunity to do exactly that. The people here are unmatched. I knew coming in that the bar was going to be high and that it was going to be unlike anywhere I'd ever worked but I still wasn't prepared. This team is not only the smartest group of folks I've ever been able to work with but also a team of low ego, team players who operate with extreme ownership. People are always willing to spend time explaining something, always willing to soundboard if you're working through a challenge and always there to step in and support wherever it makes sense for the company. I'm proud to be here and feel like I've found the team I hope to work with for the rest of my career.
