A central access point will allow for a greater adoption of the asset class amongst private investors, by removing fragmentation (i.e., too many platforms), frictions in customer journeys (i.e., multiple sign-ups and apps) and risk to investors (through vetting of providers). altplus will cover the client onboarding, KYC/AML, regulatory & compliance and portfolio management. This removes operational complexity for providers while boosting their investor numbers.

High-quality resources and community features will allow altplus to build authority in the market and attract qualified users as more and more people are interested in alternatives but are lacking an independent source of information.
