Jobs at ALTEK AI

We’re building the AI infrastructure for the hotel industry — AI agents that automate guest communication and operational workflows for hotels. To achieve this, we’re looking for builders who enjoy solving complex real-world problems and shipping production systems quickly. Our current focus is hiring engineers who can help us build the intelligence layer and product infrastructure behind Altek. This includes: - AI Engineers building LLM-powered systems, agents, and automation workflows - Fullstack Engineers building the product, integrations, and internal tools that power the platform We’re a small and fast-moving team where everyone has a high level of ownership. Engineers at Altek design, build, and ship systems end-to-end, working directly with the founders and product. We hire people who: - enjoy building real products used by real customers - move fast and are comfortable with ambiguity - take ownership of what they build - care about both product quality and engineering quality If you’re excited about building AI systems that power how an entire industry operates, we’d love to hear from you.
