Team Olivia Merithew (CEO/CoFounder) has 13 years experience in the ski industry in administration, sales and marketing, fundraising, and volunteer team management at Schweitzer Alpine Racing School in Idaho and Sugarbush Mountain in Vermont. She served on a private school board for 3 years and owned/operated Sandpoint Signs & Graphics, utilizing visual and web marketing. She started out by working at law firms in Maine and Vermont. Olivia grew up skiing in New England. Gregg Merithew (COO/CoFounder) is a Software Developer, Compliance Manager and former Technical Operations Manager at Thorne Research. He has over two decades in team/project management and experience in visual marketing. He served as a SFD Volunteer President, Firefighter/EMT, and Patrol Clinic at Schweitzer Mountain Resort in Idaho. He started out by working for Sugarbush Ski Resort in Vermont. A graduate from the University of Cincinnati, Gregg grew up skiing in northern Michigan.
