Allies Against Slavery careers

Allies Against Slavery harnesses the power of technology, data, and partnerships to combat human trafficking and protect freedom and dignity. Founded in 2010, our team uses research, direct service experience, and survivor insights to design smart tools, effective trainings, and critical partnership networks. In addition to leading a coalition of more than 65 agencies across the Central Texas region, we built and manage Lighthouse, an innovative software platform designed to help identify victims of trafficking. Allies is entering an exciting, high growth period. In 2018, Allies was selected as a three-year investee of the Social Venture Partner network, and the organization formed a significant strategic partnership with the Dropbox Foundation in 2019. To date, Lighthouse has been used to screen over 2000 vulnerable individuals and helped more 200 victims of sex trafficking find freedom.
