• Primary responsibility of taking modeled Electro-Magnetic motor designs and turning generating mechanical prints (CAD), design tooling for key production steps, determining vendors to source material, and some level of project management.
• Need to meet tight specifications as defined by company-standards and customer requirements.

• Design, integrate, troubleshoot, and optimize electromechanical systems spanning electrical, mechanical, controls, and motion domains.
• Perform hardware bring-up, system integration, wiring, harnessing, and subsystem assembly activities required to create functional engineering and product systems.

• Manage the preparation, review, and filing of all SEC reports, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Proxy Statements, earnings releases, and other required filings.
• Prepare and review financial statements, footnote disclosures, MD&A, and related supporting schedules in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations.

• Develop, optimize, and maintain CNC programs for multi-axis milling, turning, and mill-turn machines using CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Siemens NX, or Fusion 360).
• Interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to ensure accurate machining processes.

• Design, implement, and optimize embedded electronics hardware for motion control, servo drives, power electronics, motor control, and industrial automation systems.
• Own electrical system architecture spanning power conversion, analog, digital, sensing, communications, and mixed-signal domains.

• Perform advanced analysis across electrical, mechanical, software, and actuation systems.
• Use modeling and simulation to define and validate system requirements, performance, reliability, and safety.

• Plans and formulates multiple, large-scale, complex engineering projects and organizes project staff according to project requirements.
• Leads project personnel to specific phases or aspects of project, such as technical studies, product design, preparation of specifications and technical plans, and product testing, in accordance with engineering disciplines of staff.
