Collaborate across functions, leveraging quality and manufacturing expertise to troubleshoot problems, interpret data, and determine next steps based on risk-based approach.
Have working knowledge and understanding of ISO9001, AS9100, and MIL-PRF-31032 or similar quality system requirements.
Design, develop, execute, and lead the Quality program to meet and exceed customer expectations, while also meeting strategic business objectives for All Flex Solutions.
Oversee the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with, and certification to, key industry standards including AS9100, ISO9001, MIL-PRF-31032, UL, and ITAR frameworks.
Must have strong desire to understand manufacturing requirements and processing limitations related to flexible circuits, heaters and rigid-flex circuits.
Able to create costing for jobs and transfer all necessary information to set up team.
