A blockchain consensus mechanism based on talent. By organizing a set of rules based on objective performance criteria the integrity of the blockchain can be guaranteed. Talent will compete for the incentives by proving through competition their right for rewards. This will allow transparency and thus trust in the blockchain. Nodes will do the actual blockchain work, add blocks, obtaining the native blockchain coin as an incentive but sharing the rewards with talent that will compete for these rewards are based on individual or group talent, skills rather than on computing and energy consumption.
