Age Up is introducing a brand new concept in aged care by providing consumer-centric, community focused care in the home and in our residences. We believe in one-to-one care which creates meaningful relationships and bespoke care plans tailored to suit each individual. Importantly, we are also tackling loneliness in old age by creating an Age Up community in each of our regions, bringing people together in our community hubs and connecting those with common interests to improve health and quality of life among older Australians.
