• Be the primary escalation point for our Tier 1 Support team on guidance for tricky issues.

Triage technical issues, resolve problems independently and escalate to appropriate team.
Take full ownership of customer issues, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, clear communication, and in many cases resolution.
Resolve tickets via email and (occasionally) on the phone with clear, concise, empathetic communication, helping to identify, debug, and escalate higher priority issues to our engineering and product teams
Investigate tricky customer problems involving app bugs, data integrity, data feeds, and machine learning, to improve both the customer experience and the product, driving our mission to reduce food waste
Respond positively when under pressure, multi-task and to deal with conflict / crisis ( i.e. realize something is important or will quickly become and incident).
Participate in on-call rotation, handling urgent incidents as they arise, including those that require fast escalation or heightened attention.

• Execute all aspects of the sales cycle while building and managing relationships with key, executive-level decision-makers at various grocers
• Manage and run complex sales cycles while guiding customers through every aspect of the sales process from initial contact to close

• Improving and extending our data analytics architecture to provide reliable and accessible data for a wide range of use cases
• Collaborating with engineers, product managers, and data scientists to understand their data needs, and then build extensible dimensional models and semantic layer metrics that allow for consistent and reliable insights

• Directly impact our mission of reducing fresh food waste by working on products to enable grocers to better manage and optimize fresh food merchandising and supply chain.
• Own and build new features and capabilities in our React Native mobile application that will have a massive impact on our business.

• Collaborate closely with our product and design teams to build rich and engaging user experiences.

• 8+ years of progressive Accounting experience, preferably in a SaaS company or similar
• Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in Accounting, CPA or MBA is a plus

• You will work on improving the accuracy and calibration of our probabilistic inventory models that power our store-level ordering products. You will also drive research development for new product and business challenges.
