Job Overview
The Electrical Engineer 3 position plays a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems, components, and leading larger projects.

• Lead preparation and review of SEC filings and disclosure deliverables, including Form 10-K, 10- Q, 8-K, and registration statements; coordinate disclosure checklists and XBRL tagging.
• Perform and document technical accounting research on complex or novel transactions (e.g., business combinations, leases, share-based compensation, equity transactions).

Work Arrangement
Onsite role at the Tampa, FL Office with potential travel to testing sites as needed. Periods of development may require long irregular hours around deadlines, weekends, and some holidays and in-field test environments.
