Active & Thriving are raising $300k via SAFE note, and this is our second funding round after a pre-seed investment from Skalata Ventures in 2021.

Highlights:
1. Launched in early 2021, we now have $15k MRR from 14 customers and a sales pipeline of $500k
2. SaaS customers include the University of Queensland, National Tiles, Merri Health and Gladstone Regional Council
3. Referral partnerships with HR Tech and service providers, including Allos Australia, Prima Careers, Lucidity, Tap into Saftey and Redseed
4. Revenue-generating partnerships with products and services, including Vitable, Healthbank, Compare Club and Hey Coach
5. Strategic advisory from Dr Sean Young, the executive director of UCLA's Centre for Digital Behaviour Change & Prediction Technology
