Activation is launching a portfolio of vertical specific SMART Apps targeted at retailers that will enable them to connect to and build powerful relationships with their customers by delivering personalized content, messages, alerts and invitations based on a customer’s location, interest, engagement and purchase history. Activation’s proprietary platform enables Apps to be “SMART” and deliver personalized, contextually relevant content to each individual user at the right time and location. The platform’s algorithms, proprietary data models and machine learning will adapt the content to each individual user as they engage, delivering true 1:1 personalized engagement. The platform has been developed by an industry leading team with build-out being led by Dominic Crain, a former Disney executive with 22 years of experience and there are five patents in process.
