• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of internal marketing and operational projects.
• Own project outcomes, ensuring initiatives are completed on time and achieve business objectives.

• Proficient in developing systems and training others on newly created systems, ensuring smooth project transitions
• Lead a team of project managers to support them in standardizing projects, integrating best practices, and achieving high-quality project delivery.

• Analyze current business operations and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflows and enhance productivity.

• Define the scope of projects to schedule regular & timely delivery of value.
• Define, manage, and lead well-defined project management processes.

• Assist in managing the project boards
• Make sure the project activities are tracked and raise deviations (if any)

• Assisting project managers and functional managers in day-to-day project delivery activities
• Ensuring all tasks relating to the project activities are in compliance with the requirements
