We're a tightly knitted team scattered all across the globe that works closely without distances being a barrier. Our work culture is unique in that all of us function independently and freely, and work in whichever fashion that suits each person best as long as doesn't provide difficulties for the rest of the team. So far, thus has proven successful for us. This naturally requires that our new team member will also be fully responsible for achievements and delivery independently. We meet for 2-3 weeks once every 3-4 months at a new location for working together, planning the next period and team building.
