Our technology will deliver expert and personalised behaviour change support at scale. This means determining and supplying the right kind, amount and frequency of support for each one of our users. Which, as you’ll imagine, is a non-trivial task. Our challenge is to work out what behaviour change techniques, in what combination, frequency, duration and form are going to be effective for a particular individual at a particular moment in time. But get this right, or even just better, and we’ll have built something pretty great.

We will be doing cutting-edge work on human-computer interaction; specifically engagement and how technology can positively influence behaviour. We will be making full use of the phone as a medium, developing innovative features or delivering established features in innovative ways, solving tricky use case challenges, making very good use of big data and building software that finds new ways to truly help people.
