The Challenge: What You Will Own

You will own the core backend services that power Nuel’s AI-driven platform, designing and scaling APIs, data pipelines, and infrastructure to support real-time optimization and analytics. You will be responsible for building resilient systems that handle growing data volume, performance demands, and complex business logic.

What You'll Bring

5+ years of experience in backend engineering at a Senior level

Strong expertise in Python or Node.js, RESTful APIs, and cloud-based architectures

Experience with databases, distributed systems, and performance optimization

High ownership mindset with the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving startup environment
