Shortfundly is India’s largest short film OTT platform and marketplace dedicated to empowering filmmakers and content owners. We help creators reach audiences and monetize their work while providing SaaS tools for seamless distribution. As we expand our network of OTT platforms, we’re looking for passionate business development interns to drive partnerships and integrations.

Role Overview
As a Business Development Intern, you will identify, engage, and onboard OTT platforms to distribute and showcase their content through Shortfundly. You’ll build relationships with platform owners, demonstrate the value of collaboration, and manage the end-to-end partnership process.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Outreach

• Research and create a target list of OTT platforms across India and internationally.
• Reach out to decision-makers via email, calls, and LinkedIn.

Partnership Development

• Explain Shortfundly’s distribution capabilities and SaaS platform benefits.
• Present partnership proposals and case studies to potential partners.

Onboarding & Integration

• Coordinate integration processes with platform technical teams.
• Assist with content ingestion and distribution setup.

Relationship Management

• Maintain regular communication with partners to ensure satisfaction.
• Collect feedback to improve onboarding processes.

Market Intelligence

• Track competitor activity and trends in OTT partnerships.
• Share insights to shape Shortfundly’s growth strategy.

🙌 Who You Are

Education & Background
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Media, or related fields).

Skills & Competencies

• Strong interest in OTT, digital media, and content ecosystems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident in engaging with stakeholders and building trust.
• Organized, proactive, and self-motivated.

Bonus

Prior internship experience in business development, partnerships, or sales.
