The Role

We are an early stage educational company, launched by a group of likeminded people with diverse experiences: serial entrepreneurs in education, digital marketing experts, consumer industry professionals, and consultants from top-tier consulting firm eager to leverage their experience in building scalable businesses to transform education environment.
We offer high-quality supplementary education for kids (8-17 y.o.): engaging classes relevant for profession-oriented skills (e.g. computing, multimedia arts, design) and life skills (e.g. leadership, entrepreneurship). Our classes are designed to build on the natural talents and interests of children to inspire learning and growth.
All the programs are delivered online in a small group setting, led by selected and highly trained instructors. We also leverage partnerships with high quality education providers to deliver diverse offering of classes.
We have already proved our model’s success in the coding vertical in Israel and the UK, with >500 active students, and now have an active pilot in the US. We are currently a team of >50 education and business professionals, and digital marketing specialists. We have $1m+ run rate revenue and have recently secured our seed funding.
Given the development of our platform and ambitious plans, we are looking to bring performance & user acquision extertise in house.
PMM will lead the growth and retention strategy for our new platform, which would include planning and buying paid digital media: FB, Google, evaluating and testing any other growth sources and channels.
Besides, PMM will work with BI and developers on setting up the full analytics and tracking suit, will set the process of campaign analysis and reporting; will act as an internal marketing analyst.
The key scope of responsibilities will include.
• Accountability for user acquisition and retention strategy, operation and performance;
• Digital campaign management: targeting, campaign creation, analysis, A/B testing and ongoing optimization;
• Tracking of the campaigns effectiveness, ROI, attribution models;
• Coordinating creative assets production;
• Paid media campaigns budget management;
• Being on top of the latest performance media trends, best practices and tools;
• Effective relationship management with counterparts in social platforms (FB, Google/YT) – ensuring maximum support is given to our account;
• Analysing and communicating performance results to stakeholders on an ongoing basis
• Marketing analysis and reporting: audience profiling, insights, channels strategy recommendations, etc

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
• You can demonstrate experience in early-stage start-ups (B2C) in e-commerce, edtech would be a plus
• You will have a 4 years + experience and in-depth understanding of customer acquisition management across the the focus platforms, attribution tracking, analytics, etc
• You are motivated to help build our edtech business and take it to scale, playing the key role in the process
