Responsibilities
● Call leads from a given list and upsell subscription monthly pricing features.
● Analyse and understand the client ROI & suggest them right set of features
● Good understanding of NF products for upselling.
● Ready to work end to end solutions for customer satisfaction ( Upsell, activation of
packages & client escalations)
● Analysing data & reports to improve call quality, conversions, client feedbacks on own.
● Achieve given targets on regular basis
● Multilingual will be added advantages
● Maintain database of users contacted and converted
● Responsible for increasing MRR by negotiating to upsell features to ensure long-term
client satisfaction and product implementation.
● Work across product & Boost experience team on new features,client feedbacks, client
escalation tickets.
