We are a fast growing startup with a product used by thousands of consumers and dozens of coffee roasters every day. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with experience operating businesses/organizations.
This role would have sole responsibility over large parts of our service. This means being able to “scale up” and understand larger strategic considerations while also “scaling down” to handle the minutiae involved in operating a company. This role will wear multiple hats and work directly with the founders.
For the right person, there’s unlimited room for growth. You can accelerate your career by 10 years.

Job Responsibilties:
- Organize and coordinate functions relating to the operation of the business.
- Monitor several internal processes.
- Maintain updated vendor information.
- Communicate with external providers when needed.
- Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements in any aspects relating to increased performance.
- Help with the onboarding process for new customers and vendors.
- Handle high volume of Customer Service emails daily.
- Shipping and Handling Returns

- Manage Social Media/Community events
Skills:
- Excellent written communication skills in both a business and consumer facing context.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Creativity (May engage in social media and marketing content creation.)
